Cancelations:

Should you need to cancel or reschedule an appointment, we ask that you give at least 24 hours notice. Appointments canceled with less notice will be charged 50% of the scheduled service fee. Missed appointments (no call) will be charged in full for all services booked. Because other clients may be in need of treatment, we ask that you be respectful of your appointment by following the cancellation policy. While we do offer a reminder call, it's simply a courtesy and you are responsible for maintaining your own calendar.

Late Policy:
If you arrive late to your scheduled appointment, we will do our best to help you still receive a relaxing session. However, we also need to maintain a specific schedule to meet the needs of all our clients. If you are late for an appointment, the treatment will be given within the remaining time. If you are more than 30 minutes late, you will need to reschedule the appointment. In either case, you will be charged the full amount for the appointment.
